Beware: Email goes to their servers, not client-only app

This "app" is actually a service and the creators hide this fact that can be derived from their Terms of Service. While it may be a good app, I deleted it as soon as I downloaded and read their Terms of Service.

Apple should list apps that are also a service where your data goes on the app creators servers. With this glaring policy absence, how can one trust data to creators that hide this fact?
